Q: When will my ordered photos arrive?
A: All orders placed will be shipped to the centre (your child’s daycare/school) two weeks from the order expiry date. You can find this date on the proof page you were provided from the centre. You may have placed your order prior to the expiry date but all orders are shipped together, which reduces shipping costs and saves you money.
Q: Credit card not accepted or showing multiple charges?
A: Credit card payments are typically not accepted when the address entered does not EXACTLY match your credit card billing address. All information such as: unit number, capitals, spaces, dashes, etc. must be entered precisely the way it is on your credit card statement. Please double check that all information is correct before you proceed.
If your credit card appears to be charged multiple times, charges are normally reversed within 3 business days, depending on banking services. When trying to place an order, a pre-authorization is applied to your credit card each time you attempt to place an order. If you made multiple attempts to place an order, your card will show multiple charges but these charges will be reversed.
