We’re here to help! See below some of our common questions. If you need additional help, our team can touch base with you directly!

  • Open the email titled "Link to your download digital purchase".

    Check your Spam/Junk mail if the message doesn't appear in your inbox! Search inbox "Your Gallery is Ready!" or "Link to download your digital downloads"

  • Images are in a ZIP File.

    Make sure that there is sufficient storage space on your device.

    Use a laptop or desktop for download.

    Check that your device is able to open ZIP files and use a ZIP extractor app if not.

  • On your iPhone, if you are unable to download images ensure you have Apple’s “Files” application - if not re-install this app!

  • You will see a blue circle with an arrow pointing down on your search bar (on Safari), once the circle is fully blue, click this!

    You will see a list of options, select downloads, this will prompt the photo files to show up, and select the correct zip file. This will bring you to your "Files" app.

    Click the correct file, this will then download the photos to your files app.

    Once your file is downloaded you will be able to select your photos to save them to your camera roll.

  • If you are looking for old albums or cannot access your account, or cannot claim your album, we can help! Please fill out this form and our team will be in touch and assist you.

    As much as we love sharing your albums with you, we cannot store your albums long-term. If you are looking for an album from over a year ago, we are happy to assist you with accessing those available albums for a $50 access fee. We highly recommend making sure you download your images right away for safekeeping!

  • You have 90 days to download your gallery. You can temporarily open reopen your gallery for $25 after the 90 days expiration. Reach out to your studio for more information!
